Dr. Giang Dang was born and raised in Da Nang, Vietnam. As a young man, he moved to Sacramento, California, where he graduated from high school. He went on to attend college at the University of California, Berkeley, majoring in neurobiology. Dr. Dang then completed his doctorate in dental medicine at Boston University. During his school years, he spent his free time volunteering at Free Dental Clinic, providing care to homeless and low-income patients.
Outside the office, Dr. Dang enjoys traveling and outdoor activities with his wife, Tran, and their two children.

To stay on top of current developments in dentistry, he maintains the highest level of accreditation and takes advantage of continuing education courses. His conservative treatment philosophy focuses on preserving your natural teeth. Dr. Dang likes to get to know his patients on a personal level so he understands their goals and priorities. He is particularly good with children and patients with dental anxiety and knows how to make dental appointments a positive experience. Dr. Dang is a member of both the American Dental Association and the Arizona Dental Association.
